Hi everpurrrdy! So sorry that I am late in posting about my 8 month birthday, but I have been a super busy kitty lately.
As you may have already seen, mom entered me into a competition in the Home/Huis magazine. I was one of the winners which meant I was featured in the May edition, as well as getting an awesome prize! Below is the wonderful Kitty Castle Round that I got from Wagworld. Mom thinks it is beautiful and she has been wanting one for ages. I was a bit hesitant at first, but this weekend mom put it on the balcony for me and I hopped right inside and stayed there all day. Once she moved it back inside, I spent Sunday family Movie Night watching TV right from inside my castle as a princess should do.
Mom and I would like to thank Home/Huis magazine, as well as Wagworld for such a great gift! Everyone should go buy their kitty’s one right now because all kitties deserve to be princesses/princes with a cool castle like this! Another thing that has been keeping me busy is practising for my very first cat show. Mom has got me a show cage to sit in while I am at the show. It will be a very long day, so it is up in the lounge for me to sit in during the day. I love this thing! It is so big that I can play in it and I can hide from mom and dad, ha ha! Mom says she will do a post after the show to let you all know how it went and how to prepare for your very first show. It is so difficult getting the right information to get into the shows, so Breeder Bev has introduced us to a very nice new friend, Cherylee, who is helping us get going. Have a look at her pretty kitties here. Mom says it is not a tallent show its a beauty contest, so what is there to practise? ha ha
I also went to Nanny and Pa for a weekend holiday again while mom and dad were at their best friend’s wedding. I’ll be going again when mom and dad go to Cape Town with Granny and Oupa for Granny’s birthday in a few weeks. They better bring me cool stuff back, or else someone is going to get a burp in the face! Dad stopped at the Randburg SPCA to drop off some pellets that we got from Niki and Truffle as they don’t like them anymore. They always need help for their animals, so please follow them on Facebook to see what they need and when they are holding fundraisers. We don’t like seeing kitties that don’t have homes.
